After being involve in every aspect of the Merengue genre, starting as a simple fan of the the rhythm, passing through as just another dancer, to becoming an accomplished musician, musical director and producer, I thought the generations to come have a right to know firsthand of the Icons of this contagious rhythm.

Uniting with the best artists of the genre to create a project as a team was the principal idea for this project and one that was has not been achieved before. To convey and capture the essence of every musical arrangement and artist when they were at the peak of their careers was the highest challenge for them all and one which I knew I needed to focused greatly upon in order succeed.
Lots of slept less nights, lots of knocking on doors, lots of NO’s and some numerous YES’s. We focused on those who gave us the YES and started to assemble the steps that will allow our youth to learn about the past, present and now the future of the genre.

There are some who are not so young this project will allow them to remember some wonderful moments in their lives and for both groups it will allow them to enjoy one of the easiest rhythm to dance, the most contagious to listen to and one that has a richness of allowing a vast variation in style of it’s music and singers.

I’m certain that I’m not the only one that loves Merengue and for this reason all of us must add our own little grain of sand so it won’t disappear. Personally, when I put in your hands this product, I have no hesitation in saying:
