Jesus. M Vargas better known as “Kaky” was born on April 9 in Villa Altagracia in the Dominican Republic. The youngest son of Sergio Vargas and Ana Parra and a member of a very artistic family.

At the age of five, Kaky was chosen by his teacher to sing at school. From the ages 8-12, he was known for being a comic and even acting. With his immense energy, he definitely caught the public eye. He created his own instruments with cans and bottles. At 15 he sang chorus in his junior high school and also in church. During this time he formed a group named “Gregorio Luperon” in his hometown of Villa Altagracia.

In 1985 Kaky joined the group “Los Hijos Del Rey” in which he was a part of for a year and a half. Through out the years, Kaky belonged to groups such as Peter Cruz and Dionis Fernandez. From 1988 to 1997, Kaky was part of his brother’s band called “La Orquesta de Sergio Vargas” and recorded three musical productions.

Now with more energy, enthusiasm and his own musical project, he is ready to conquer the public hearts with his golden voice. Get ready for the energy and true spirit.
